Sweet tooth


I call it March Marzipan Madness! And indeed, as the sugar quickly dissolves into my bloodstream I steadily go insane. It is a layered experiment of shortbread, marzipan, dark chocolate ganache, topped by swirls of my homemade apple butter and my mother's homemade apricot jam. BwAH-AH-AH-AH!
Seriously though, I need the fix. I've been asked to put together a 20min. slide show of my progress thus far on the Snoqualmie project and then present it next week at the Art Committee meeting.
